Spirit Treadmill FAQs
Is Spirit Fitness a good brand?
Spirit Fitness was rated highly for delivering on these characteristics with an impressive product range and price point.
Who makes Spirit exercise equipment?
Spirit brand treadmills are manufactured by Dyaco, a multinational company based in Taiwan. The company also produces the popular Sole treadmill, and it exports fitness equipment to commercial clients and home users in dozens of countries.
Are Spirit and Sole treadmills the same?
When referring to the Spirit Fitness XT685 vs Sole F85; the running area of both treadmills is the same size, both measure 22″ X 60″. This means both treadmills give you plenty of area to move with their 22-inches by 60-inches running belt, which is 2 inches wider than the industry standard.
How do you lube a Spirit treadmill?
- Once your treadmill has been cleaned, proceed to apply lubrication.
- Ensure that your machine is off, and unplugged to minimize the risk of injury.
- Reach between the belt and the top of the treadmill base to verify that lubrication is present.
- While kneeling beside your treadmill deck, use one hand to hold the treadmill belt up and away from the treadmill base just enough so you can use your other hand to reach the lubrication underneath.
- Starting about 1 foot from the motor cover, begin applying 1⁄2 of your lubricant bottle in a long “S” pattern about 4-6” from one edge.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 on the opposite side using the remaining 1⁄2 of the lubricant bottle.
- Plug the treadmill power cord back in, and turn the power switch back on.
- Walk on the belt at a moderate speed for 5 minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant along the treadmill belt and deck.
